Detective Senior Constable Wayne Ryan, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said a break-in was committed at a Boorook Road, Cooriemungle, property on Friday between 9am and 3pm.
He said the offenders had entered a shed and stolen a small trailer, a Yamaha 250cc motorbike, a self-propelled lawn mower, three jerry cans and a set of ramps.
There was also a similar theft at a Merri View Road property at Woodford during the past week.
The owner reported items stolen on Saturday and said they had been in the shed the previous weekend.
Stolen items included a Stihl chainsaw, Husqvarna chainsaw, two Makita saws, two nail guns,a Stihl garden blower and a Stihl hedge trimmer.
Detective Senior Constable Ryan requested that anyone with information about either burglary contact the Warrnambool police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
