It is not his first time in custody.
Police allege Mr Davies was at a hotel when he and another man were ejected after a minor disagreement about a necklace.
The incident happened outside the pub at 11.30pm on December 1.
The victim is alleged to have suffered bruising to both eyes and cuts to his mouth and lips.
Mr Davies has been charged with failing to answer bail, recklessly causing injury, committing offences while on bail and driving while suspended.
He was arrested at Killarney in his car, despite being banned from driving for six months on November 21 after being caught speeding at more than 35km/h over the limit.
Solicitor Amanda Chambers said the recent charges would make up the fourth police brief of evidence Mr Davies was currently facing in court.
She said he was withdrawing from alcohol use and had not taken his Seroquel medication for two days.
Magistrate Cynthia Toose noted there was no application for bail and ordered Mr Davies be medically assessed.
Other briefs of evidence are understood to be related to drink driving, assault and driving matters.
