The first happened at Nangeela near Casterton and was reported to emergency services at 6.19am.
Casterton and Merino police are on the scene.
The emergencyvic website is reporting there is a rescue in process.
The second involved a concrete truck on the outskirts of Mortlake.
Acting Sergeant Paul McLean said the accident happened just before 7am on Boundary Road near Hood Avenue.
The truck driver is not injured and police officers are waiting for heavy haulage to arrive.
