The Roosters will play Hawkesdale, which scraped in on percentage, and Panmure will battle Grassmere at Killarney on December 17 for a spot in the grand final.
Games will be played at 10am and 1pm with the decider scheduled for 4pm.
Association president Jason Elliott said he hoped the social vibe created at its twenty20 carnival on Sunday could be replicated on finals day.
“The weekend was wonderful,” he said.
“The ability to have six clubs at one venue (Purnim) and three at another one down the road (at Wangoom) was great for the competition.”
Wangoom skipper Jethro Serle was the star in the round-robin fixtures, blasting 135 and 60 in his two digs against Mailors Flat and Killarney respectively.
