The Warrnambool-based Sri Lankan was forced off just six overs into his spell in Creek’s dominant eight-wicket triumph over West Warrnambool.
Yaddehige told The Standard he was on light duties until Wednesday but expected to lead Creek’s bowling arsenal on Saturday.

The father-of-one revealed he was still feeling the effects of the knock, with impaired vision in his left eye.
“My doctor said after two days, I can go back to work and play cricket if I am feeling better,” Yaddehige said.
“I’m still feeling it – I can’t open my left eye if I’m out in the sun and I’m very sensitive to light. I can’t see much out of it.”
Yaddehige, who arrived at Jetty Flat from Aberfeldie Park last season, was taken to hospital via ambulance after the blow.
He spent hours in emergency before being discharged late Sunday night.
“I was very, very happy to see the guys get the premiership, because we were hungry for it,” he said.
“I’m happy for the team but was sad to miss it.”
