An Ambulance Victoria spokesman confirmed they are attending to a scene on Princetown Road in Cooriemungle after a passenger bus rolled on its side.
Crews assessed 19 passengers on scene with five being transported to Geelong Hospital by road ambulance for a range of injuries including fractures, cuts, abrasions and bruises.
All are confirmed to be in a stable position.

Emergency services have closed Princetown Road in Cooriemungle after a bus rollover on Saturday at 4.51pm.
Warrnambool’s Highway patrol are on the scene together with CFA and ambulance representatives.
Injuries are yet to be confirmed.
This follows earlier reports of a tree down on the same road.
