A post on the Mortlake Roadhouse Facebook page advises the service station is closed, but the roadhouse remains open.

“Shell Mortlake is closed today until further notice, due to a vehicle accident – there is a car in the shop,” the post states.

“No one has been hurt. We will keep you advised as to the progress on reopening the shop.”

A staff member at the shop confirmed the roadhouse remained open.

He said staff were busy cleaning up the damage.
