People of all ages are gearing up for the Tower Hill Challenge on December 2. Organiser Alistair McCosh said almost 300 entries had been received, with a flurry of late entries expected in the coming days. Mr McCosh said there were lots of new obstacles for the fourth annual event and participants would tackle “a lot more mud and water” this year. There are six and 15-kilometre courses and a 3km children’s event. Koroit resident Ellie McCosh and her friends have been training for the 6km course. Ellie lives with her parents Alistair and Leisa and brothers Zac and Jake. She enjoys playing netball and basketball and going to the beach with friends. Ellie will complete year 12 next year and hopes to make a difference for animals and their environment.
