The woman, who cannot be named as that would identify the youth, appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Friday.
She has been charged with four counts of incest and four charges of sexual penetration of a youth under her care and supervision.
It's alleged the offences were committed between November 1 last year and March 13 this year.
The woman was charged by police on July 6.
She has denied the allegations.
Magistrate Cynthia Toose adjourned the further hearing of the case until a committal hearing on March 28 next year.
