A 17-year-old male teenager was arrested in Colac, interviewed and will be charged on summons.
A man and woman were previously charged in relation to the same incidents involving break-ins at Kauri Crescent and Waratah Crescent homes on the afternoon of Sunday, October 29.
Both homes were unoccupied at the time of the break-ins with the residents out visiting people.
At Kauri Crescent four iPads, a handbag and credit card were stolen while at Waratah Crescent cash, medication and war memorabilia were removed from the home.
At Waratah Crescent the resident is a World War II veteran and was in hospital at the time of the burglary, with a significant amount of highly sentimental war memorabilia stolen, including jewellery.
Some of the stolen goods have been recovered.
