A 36-year-old Warrnambool man has also died following a separate crash at South Geelong on Saturday.
Police said the man was a passenger in a Holden Commodore station wagon travelling east along Barwon Terrace, near Bellerine Street, just before 2.30pm.
It is believed a Toyota Landcruiser utility attempted to turn right into Bellerine Street when the collision occurred.
The Warrnambool man was taken to hospital where he died a short time later. No-one else was injured.
Geelong Highway Patrol officers are still investigating.
