Leigh Rodgers, 34, of Clovelly Court, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Wednesday and was granted bail with his new charges adjourned until November 20 for a mention.
Police allege he went to a home in Clovelly Court on Tuesday where there was an altercation with a neighbour.
Mr Rodgers has been charged with trespassing, making a threat to kill and unlawful assault after he allegedly pushed the neighbour.
He is listed to appear for judicial monitoring in relation to two briefs of evidence and a community corrections order on Thursday.
Wednesday: A WARRNAMBOOL man recently released from jail after serving six months is back in the police cells following another incident.
The 34-year-old will appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Wednesday after drama unfolded in east Warrnambool on Tuesday.
Police will allege the man went to a home in Clovelly Court on Tuesday morning where there was an altercation with a neighbour.
The man has been charged with trespassing, making a threat to kill and unlawful assault after he allegedly pushed the neighbour,.
The charged man was released from prison on October 7 after serving a six-month jail term.
