Jackson and Couch, who are now teammates at Victorian Premier Cricket club Geelong, were announced in the Vic Country squad on Monday.
Woodford premiership player Jackson and Nirranda talent Couch will compete at the national titles in Tasmania from December 4-15.
One of their opponents will be Will Sutherland – the son of Cricket Australia chief excecutive officer James Sutherland who was considered an AFL draft certainty before choosing cricket.
