A late collapse – Wangoom lost its last seven wickets for just 13 runs – prevented the visitors from posting a more sizeable lead, but they bowled Hawkesdale out for 93 in the second innings and were 5-36 at the end of play.
Purnim posted an outright win over Mailors Flat, dismissing the Jets for 128 in their second innings, taking 7-73 on Saturday and needing just five runs for the win, which they got in the first over.
Greg Bull took 5-18 from 12 overs, while Grant Cameron picked up 3-24 off 12. For Mailors Flat, captain Phil Edwards put up a fight, making 24 runs, while Paul Sheen was 23 not out.
Panmure defended its 192 runs, bowling reigning premier Killarney out for 113 in 57 overs, led by a haul of 4-32 from Patrick Mahony.
Simon Bourke (1-22) and Sam Mahony (2-15) were instrumental in tying the Crabs down, both bowling six maiden overs.
Panmure posted 4-63 in the remaining 13 overs for the second innings.
