Carmen Azzopardi, 46, of Churchill Street, Warranmbool, pleaded guilty in he Warrnambool Magistrates Court to trafficking both cannabis and ice.
Police said that on July 14 police officers executed a search warrant at Azzopardi's caravan which is parked on a Churchill Street property.
In the van there was 28 grams of cannabis in a container.
On her mobile phone there was evidence of drug trafficking through Facebook messages.
There were the names of seven people who had been involved in trying to buy drugs from Azzopardi.
When questioned she denied trafficking drugs and said the cannabis found by police was for her own use.
Defence counsel Michele Downs said her client has had drug issues during the past couple of years after a long time without offending.
She said Azzopardi was on a community corrections order and recent drug screens had been free of meth amphetamine.
The solicitor said that CCO was therapeutic only due to Azzopardi's degenerative back condition.
Ms Downs said Azzopardi had formed a new relationship, was now living in Nelson and out of the Warrnambool drug scene.
She said her client had been involved in low-level subsistence trafficking.
But magistrate Cynthia Toose said Azzopardi now been involved in "three or four" trafficking matters.
She said it was important that Azzopardi continued her current positive progress and the case would be adjourned for sentencing until late January.
"She needs a few more runs of the board," Ms Toose said.
