The day is aimed at promoting good wellbeing and raising awareness about the importance of seeking support for mental health issues.
SWH mental promotions manager Rochelle Morrison said she if hoping for a strong turnout from the public.
“We are encouraging people to come along and see what services are available,” Ms Morrison said.
“This is all about letting people know they don’t have to go through mental health issues on their own, there is help out there.”
The day starts at 12 noon and runs through to 5pm.
It will include live music and a sausage sizzle.
There will be stalls set up by support services to inform the public of what is on offer.
These support service bodies include WRAD, MPower, Vision Australia, South West TAFE, Karingal Training and the Salvation Army.
