South-west fans revved up for Nitro Circus Next Level Tour

It might be six months until Nitro Circus roars into the city, but south-west motocross fans are already revved up for the occasion.

Warrnambool Motorcycle Club members Cody and Seb Bartlett are two young fans who have caught the “Nitro fever”.

The siblings, who have been riding motorbikes competitively since 2013, say welcoming the international act to the city is a coup. “It’s great they’re coming to our home town,” Cody said.

And the pair are not alone in their enthusiasm.

Nitro Circus event organiser Nathan Brown said Warrnambool fans had lapped up record-numbers of pre-sale tickets this week.

“After three days of pre-sale, Warrnambool is the best selling city of the eight-stop Australian tour,” he said. “With over 1200 tickets already sold, it’s on track for a sell out of 10,000 tickets.”

Warrnambool is one of only two sites in Victoria to host the 2018 Nitro Circus Next Level Tour.

VIP and general admission tickets to the April 14 event go on sale through Ticketmaster on Sunday at 9am.
