The Lookout is a proposed residential drug rehabilitation facility in Warrnambool.
The event will include grazing tables with local produce, canapes and drinks throughout the evening.
The Western Region Alcohol and Drug Centre (WRAD) has committed $600,000 to the new centre.
Community pledges have topped more than $300,000, with the aim of $605,000 to be raised. The proposed facility will include 20 beds.
Organiser Sue Cassidy said the evening would be a fun night to raise awareness of The Lookout.
“There will be auctions, raffles and live music as well,” the Warrnambool City councillor said.
Cr Cassidy said more information about The Lookout would also be explained.
Tickets are $85 and can be purchased from WRAD, Merri Street, Warrnambool.
The event will be on Thursday, October 26, upstairs at the Pavilion, near the breakwater, from 6.30pm.
