South-west residents and businesses have answered a call by a parent-led community group, Every Child, to send in photos with shovels to symbolise the need for a new school to replace overcrowded facilities.
Organisations that have expressed support include disability employment provider WDEA Works, Cole’s Coaches, South Coast Junior Aquatics and Warrnambool Toyota.
In its social media post supporting the campaign for a new SDS, WDEA Works said it was set up 28 years ago because people believed every child was equal and did something about it.
