A 2017 AFL Premiership Cup Pin is being sold at grand final events around the state, including the HFNL grand final at Reid Oval this weekend, to raise money for youth homelessness charity Ladder, which operates in Warrnambool.
All proceeds from the sales of the pins go to the charity.
Ladder Warrnambool development coach Julie Poi-Kelly said in the past 12 months the local service had worked with 25 young people living at the Foyer facility who were at risk of homelessness.
“We’ve seen our young people become more confident (and) engage in our community,” she said.
