Celebrity chef Adam Swanson will serve up a Greek feast at Warrnambool’s Cally Hotel on Thursday night.
The owner and executive chef of Zucca Greek Mezze in Adelaide has teamed up with local suppliers to deliver a three-course Greek meal.
Swanson’s inspiration comes from the much-loved traditional home-style cooking which was a major part of his upbringing and his love of Mediterranean dishes is evident.
In 2015, he became the executive chef at Lot.1 Sydney, teaming with his childhood friend and head chef Ricardo Cavuoto, to create traditional Italian dishes.
Hotel manager Lucas Reid said the Cally’s kitchen team would work alongside Swanson to deliver the gourmet meal, which would feature locally-grown lamb and local produce.
Tickets for the event are $65 for adults or $25 for children under 15 and are available from the hotel.
