Finishing on top of the ladder, the group of girls, aged between 10 and 13, were clear favourites after 14 wins for the season.
Russells Creek held onto the lead at each quarter, finally defeating Old Collegians 24-16.
In her victory speech, second-year coach Thalia Robertson shared her passion for coaching.
“I love what I do,” she said. “And I love this fabulous, bright, caring, amazing group of girls.”
Robertson said she was “ecstatic” with the win.
“I’m very proud of our girls, they’ve worked really hard all year,” she said.
Robertson said a focus on their “finishes” and a commitment to teamwork was behind the win.
“We are a very family-orientated club and we treat each other like sisters,” she said.
Best on court in the 13 and under decider was awarded to Russells Creek’s Charlotte van der Starre.
