NBN has confirmed phone and internet services have been returned to 38 premises in Warrnambool’s Caramut Road area after lightning damaged infrastructure. Corporate affairs advisor Kasey Ellison said if residents were still experiencing issues, NBN encouraged them to contact their retail service provider as the lightning may have affected equipment inside individual premises.
