Open age swimmer Sophie Thomas headlined its results, claiming six medals at the two-day Wangaratta competition.
Thomas won gold in the 200-metre and 400m freestyle, silver in the 100m freestyle and 200 individual medley and bronze in the 100m and 200m butterfly.
Promising teenager Sebastian Christie-Crane was the other Warrnambool member to take gold, winning his age group’s 100m freestyle.
He also snared bronze in the 200m freestyle.
Robbie Gleeson (silver, 100m and 200m breaststroke and bronze, 200m individual medley), Alex Johnston (silver, 200m freestyle, bronze 100m backstroke), Jack Sharp (bronze, 100m and 200m freestyle), Emily Bartlett (bronze, 200m individual medley) and Mitchell Gristede (silver, 200m freestyle) also medalled in their respective age groups.
Their results ensured Warrnambool finished third in the club standings behind Traralgon and Geelong.
“It’s the first time we can remember every swimmer swimming a PB,” Finnigan said.
