To celebrate World Photography Day on Saturday, August 19, Mr Brooks has shared some of his favourite photos.
Mr Brooks said he loved capturing images from 1000 feet above sea level.
He said there were a number of factors that affected the final outcome.
Mr Brooks said it paid to be an early bird, with some of his best shots captured before sunrise.
He has shared a number of photos taken along the Great Ocean Road coastline.
