Members of the group will meet at the Old Collegians Football Netball Club rooms for a luncheon to celebrate the occasion.
Group president Anne Clapham said about 90 people were expected to attend.
The body is made up of a number of health support groups.
These include support groups for conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, post-polio, mental health issues, and prostrate cancer. Members of these groups are both those suffering from the conditions and those who support them.
Guest speaker at the luncheon will be Mpower Warrnambool chief executive Kerry Nelson.
Musical entertainment will be provided by Bernie Oppermann and Ian Barton.
The luncheon begins at 12.30pm.
