The Branxholme-Wallacedale star polled 23 votes to finish one ahead of Dartmoor’s Josh Woodall.
Former Esam Medal winner Nick Johnstone finished third with 19 votes.
Lambevski also took out the 21 and under award.
Dartmoor’s Jason McCrae was presented the senior leading goalkicker award for his 62-goal season.
The reserves best and fairest award went to Cavendish’s Haimish Turnbull, who claimed 20 votes to finish three clear of runner-up Scott Lindsay from Westerns. Heywood’s Sam Ferrier was presented the leading goalkicker award for his 59 majors.
The A grade netball best and fairest award was shared by Brooke Polaski and Sarah Langley, who both polled 27 votes. Coleraine’s Chloe Plunkett was runner-up.
