Detective Senior Constable Tim Chester, of the Portland police crime investigation unit, said Mr Rose, 33, had failed to appear at Portland Magistrates Court on Tuesday and a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

He said Mr Rose failed to appear at court on charges relating to breaching an intervention order, failing a driver drug test and thefts.
