An AFL Western District review found the Blues to be innocent of breaching the total team points cap after fears were sparked earlier this week.
“While the review identified certain players which have had their point allocation adjusted, resulting in both an increase and decrease to certain players, no adjustments resulted in a breach of the allocated 45 total team points for the senior team,” a statement released on social media read.
“The Commission was satisfied these incorrect allocations were unintentional.
“However this serves as a reminder to Nirranda FNC, along with all clubs that they need to ensure that all individual player point allocations are accurate, to avoid breaches of the total team points cap, and any subsequent enforcement provision.”
