Drink driver caught after failing to give way to police van
A DRIVER in his mid 50s who failed to give way to a police divisional van has lost his licence for drink driving at three times the limit.

The attention of Hamilton police officers was drawn to the driver after he failed to give way to a divisional van about 6pm on Friday.
The driver, a Lake Bolac man, was intercepted in Cox Street.
He recorded a positive preliminary breath test and later an evidentiary reading of .148.
He immediately lost his licence, his car was towed and impounded ofr a month and he will appear in Hamilton Magistrates Court at a later date.
