And for the fourth, Cobden coach Levi Dare admits some weariness may have crept in.
The Bombers all but ended their game against Camperdown by half-time at Leura Oval, leading 9.7 to 1.3, going on to win 14.7 (91) to 5.13 (43).
“We did a lot of things right today,” Dare said on Saturday. “Our first three quarters were probably some of the best footy we’ve played this year.
“We definitely came to play, which was pleasing.
“Our hardness and our pressure were well up on previous games. We weren’t just getting the ball, we were also putting the pressure on Camperdown when they had it.”
Angus Uwland led the way with his pressure acts and was best on ground, while Lincoln Dare had three goals in the first half.
Defender Daniel Seehusen was Camperdown’s best.
