Foster admitted the Cats were confident ahead of a must-win clash with Merrivale, but were wary of the Tigers’ strength.
“I think we’re feeling pretty confident. We’ve been training really well,” she told The Standard.
“We’ve been trying a few different combinations to see how they go, and we’ve been able to give a few juniors a chance.”
The first-year coach said finals were still on the Cats’ radar, with Allansford six points outside the top five in eighth.
“We just need to convert a little bit more,” she said.
