Port Campbell police assisted while the checks were being carried out.
Two 14-seat bus operators were each fined $2500 for not having taxi accreditation or carrying work diaries.
It’s understood TSV is carrying out further investigation and more charges could be laid.
The checks on Tuesday and Wednesday this week follows similar checks in the past few years aimed at ensuring professional and safe bus and tour operators carrying particularly international tourists.
