More than 30 people attended the launch of Sea Stars, Sponges & Anemones – A Year on South Beach on Friday, June 9. The pictorial book, which documents the fascinating finds washed up on Port Fairy’s South Beach was compiled by residents John Miller, Jane Lee and Greg Walker, who visit the beach weekly. Moyne Shire mayor Jim Doukas launched the book at the Port Fairy Community House and Mr Miller said they were pleased with the public’s response.
