Maskell Medallist Levi Dare to front tribunal on striking charge

COBDEN coach Levi Dare will front the Hampden Football Netball League independent tribunal on Tuesday after the Bombers opted not to accept a set penalty offered to their leader. Dare was booked for striking South Warrnambool’s Scott Maddern midway through the third quarter in Saturday’s loss to the ladder-leading Roosters. The three-time Maskell Medallist had been offered a two-week ban.
