WEEKEND learning sessions are on offer at the Warrnambool Community Garden (WCG) for those wishing to develop a green thumb.

Site manager at WCG David Stockdale is keen to pass on his knowledge to members of the public.
“This is a chance for anyone who wants to learn about what it takes to get a vegetable garden up and going,” Mr Stockdale said.
“We can teach them skills they can take home to use in their own gardens or they can join us and become a member at the community garden.”
Mr Stockdale said a similar gathering happens every Tuesday at WCG but he was keen to set a time accessible for those who work during the week. Sessions are held from 10am-12noon and 2-4pm on Saturdays.
