Mr Aldridge passed through Tower Hill and Warrnambool earlier this month as part of his charity ride from Barmera in South Australia to Beechworth.
The journey took in 1874kms.
Mr Aldridge said the ride raised not only money but also awareness of PTSD.
“We just loved meeting everyday people on the street and telling them what we were doing” he said.
“The ride was a whirlwind of emotions.”
