Warrnambool booked a place in the decider with a one game triumph over Hamilton on Sunday, while Port Fairy thumped Heywood to cement its spot.
Warrnambool captain Chris White said the final, which is set to be held next Sunday at a yet to be determined course, was expected to be a tough battle.
“We’re certainly looking forward to it – they’re a great bunch of guys and they are extremely talented golfers,” he said.
“I think their team is stronger than last year so it’s going to be a real battle. We’re very excited for it.”
White revealed gun teenager Caleb Perry would join his brother Jhett in the side after helping Melbourne’s Commonwealth Golf Club to a men’s colts pennant grand final triumph.
“Caleb will come back in, while Chris Van De Starre will also strengthen our side,” he said.
White said the final was set to held at Heywood but had not received confirmation.
