Port Fairy’s Dawn Mott has added another Department of Housing gardening accolade to her swag of awards. The former “Gardener of the Year” took out best small enclosed garden for the Wimmera-Western Division 2016/17 in the Victoria In Bloom Competition. She was the runner-up in the common area garden category and received a special commendation in the overall best small enclosed garden section. Ms Mott was the regional and state winner in 2014/15.
