1st: Regina Coeli
John Allen: The plan was to roll forward as we knew she'd stay and she knows the track. We got pestered by the loose horse for a while but she's so honest.
2nd: No Song No Supper
Martin Kelly: I got held up a bit on the second lap by the one in front of me, other than that I've run a huge race and he gave me a very good ride.
3rd: I'll’ava’half
Steven Pateman: He got a bit hampered at the Tozer Road double, I don't know if he would have won otherwise but he ran a great race.
4th: Underground Fighter
Lee Horner: I thought it would ride wetter but they just went too fast for him on that ground.
5th: Mannertone
Braidon Small: He just got very tired, it was probably 500m too far for him.
6th: Spying On You
Tom Ryan: He just got stuck in the ground, that's all that beat him.
7th: Lucky Tonight
Richard Cully: I thought I was the winner coming back onto the course proper but he just got tired.
Last: Deliberate
Shane Jackson: He just didn't stay. A good honest run but he just didn't stay.
Failed to finish: Saddle The Stars
Jamie Mott: I didn't want to punish him to get over the last four jumps.
Failed to finish: Al Shahn
Paul Hamblin: Probably not quite seasoned enough for it this year but he's a nice type for next year.
Lost rider: Lord Of The Song
Brad McLean: Obviously there was a long way to go but he made a mistake and it was race over.
Lost rider: Slowpoke Rodriguez
Shaun Fannin: I thought I was a huge chance coming to the last but he just met it wrong and that was it.
