The passionate gardener and cook has launched her first book – Connect – to share her seasonal recipes and gardening tips.
In its pages, Ms Treble talks about growing 20 cool climate edible crops and pairs each crop with five recipes they can be used in.
Ms Treble said she had been collecting recipes for about four years before releasing the self-published work.
“It was a really involved process because I collected all these recipes using real ingredients and using locally-sourced ingredients,” she said.
Ms Treble began a seven-acre permaculture-style garden – The Place of Wonder – six years ago and runs regular workshops to encourage people to grow their own food and cook with it.
Tastings of some of the recipe’s in Ms Treble’s book will be on offer at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery from 11am on Sunday.
