South-west products Cooper Henson (15), Scott Carlin (12), Keegan Gray (12) and Aaron Shepherd (10) all reached double-digits in the disposal tally as the Rebels pulled away in the second half on Saturday to defeat Eastern Ranges 18.14 (122) to 10.9 (69).
“The thing that is pleasing about the way that we’re winning is that we’re improving in the things that we want to improve in,” coach Gerard Fitzgerald said. “The last couple of weeks we’ve been better defensively. I wanted to see improvement in our systems and efficiency around the stoppages (and that’s what we’re doing).”
