The Macarthur community has been praised for raising more than $18,000 for the Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Good Friday Appeal. Macarthur RCH co-ordinator Sandra Addinsall said it was a great outcome for a small community. “Many thanks to the collectors and helpers who made this possible,” she said. “Thank you to all those who contributed in any way towards the very successful auction and a fantastic evening. Raffle winners were Trudy Sharrock (Halls Gap holiday) and Kerrie Callow (hamper).
