Detective Senior Constable Elissa Smith, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said offenders used a rock to smash the front window of the Raglan Parade business.
"The offenders smashed the front window, gained entry to the premises and removed the motorbike," she said.
"It appears that some time during the next two hours the offenders returned and stole cash out of a till.
“Anyone who saw anything in the area of 1055 Raglan Parade or who knows anything about the break-in is requested to contact the Warrnambool police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," she said.
In Portland, a Mitsubishi Triton dual cab ute was stolen from outside a home in Richardson Street overnight Friday.
Detective Senior Constable Jarrod Anderson, of the Portland police crime investigation unit, said the ute was stolen between 10pm Friday and 9am Saturday.
It was recovered overnight Saturday and crime scene officers inspected the vehicle on Sunday in the hunt for forensic evidence.
Inquiries into the theft are continuing.
