A police spokeswoman said the accident happened soon after 8am.
The woman driver is believed to have suffered minor injuries.
Emergency services, including police, ambulance and State Emergency Service volunteers are on the accident scene.
Traffic is being disrupted while the woman is extricated from the vehicle.
