Vines, who has twice made it to the Victorian final of the Australian Poetry Slam, will host a Public Speaking and Confidence Development course at South West SEAL.
Vines has already got a taste of teaching at SEAL as part of the Reconnect program.
"It will help people articulate their thoughts and not be too apprehensive to say exactly what it is that you’re thinking, being able to communicate that clearly and efficiently,” he said of the latest course.
“It’s a five-week program that will focus on breaking down any form of fear that people have of it and eventually building up the participants’ ability and culminate in a performance with a microphone on stage with family and friends coming along.
“It will give them a chance to reflect on their progression and their achievement in doing something that was once very difficult to do.
