Warrnambool police Acting Sergeant Jarrod Chatfield said two people involved in the crash were taken to Warrnambool Base Hospital for observation.
There were no serious injuries.
Acting Sergeant Chatfield said two cars were travelling west-bound along Coulstock Stock, when the front car stopped to turn right into Reid Oval.
Another car was travelling east, and also stopped to turn into the football ground. The car behind the stopped west-bound car ran into the front car, which then hit the east-bound car.
CFA, police and ambulance attended the incident, which occurred about 4.35pm.
EARLIER: TRAFFIC is blocked on Coulstock Street, Warrnambool, after a three-car crash this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 4.30pm.
