HOMELESS man Brendan Propsting, 33, previously of Camperdown, Warrnambool and soon Terang, has been jailed for four months after a pool hall incident.

He was arrested in November and charged with making a threat to kill, unlawful assault and committing offences while on bail.
Police said in Warrnambool Magistrates Court that Propsting went to Your Break in Warrnambool's Liebig Street, approached a woman about 10pm and hit her with an open hand to the back of the head.
Propsting made a threat to kill the manager, saying: "I'll shoot you in the face" and made a gun gesture.
He appeared in court for sentencing on Thursday and had already served 71 days in custody.
Propsting said he planned on staying with a friend in Terang when he got out of jail.
He became very upset when magistrate Cynthia Toose said he would be jailed for four months after she read a mental health report.
Prosting said he wanted the case adjourned to speak to a lawyer.
“Come off it, that’s ridiculous. Four months for a threat to kill, how can you give me four months?” he asked.
