Bodie Hibberson, who recently moved to the area, is hoping for a premiership with last year’s Warrnambool and District league runner-up.
The former Wodonga Raiders midfielder spent six years in the Ovens and Murray league, following his brother Brad into the highly-ranked country Victoria league, before returning to his home club Chiltern in the Tallangatta and District league for the past two seasons.
Old Collegians coach Josh Reichman said the 25-year-old would add depth to the Warriors’ midfield.
“He’s played 60-odd games in the Ovens and Murray league; you can see he’s well drilled and well structured (in how he plays),” Reichman said.
Meanwhile, Hampden league club Camperdown has lodged a clearance for former Cobden key defender Brendan Richardson.
