Maher must also decide where he will run his unbeaten colt Jukebox this weekend in the lead up to the $3.5 million Golden Slipper Stakes at Rosehill on March 18.
Jukebox, who has won his only two starts has been entered for the $300,000 Todman Stakes at Randwick on Saturday and the $300,000 Black Opal Stakes at Canberra on Sunday.
Maher's decision regarding Jukebox hinges on the heavy track rating at Randwick compared to a better racing surface at Canberra.
The son of Snitzel was a shock late scratching from the $1.5 million Blue Diamond last Saturday after he was found to be lame in his near foreleg last Friday but Maher is confident Jukebox is over the lameness.
Darren Weir’s Warrnambool satellite stable only has two runners at Flemington.
